Cancellation Policy
The following regulations are applicable to all our online courses in accordance with our policy: 1. The instructor is required to wait for the student online for a duration of 15 minutes prior to having the authority to cancel the session. 2. Both the student and the instructor are permitted to cancel up to 2 sessions within an 8-session package for legitimate reasons, such as illness, travel, power outages, or lack of internet access. 3. In the event of a cancellation, both parties must ensure that they notify each other at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time, except in cases of force majeure, such as power outages or internet disruptions. 4. When a session is canceled, it will be automatically rescheduled to the end of the session package. 5. Sessions may be rescheduled to any suitable day and time within the duration of the package. For example, a package designated for 4 weeks in October can only have rescheduled sessions within that same month.
